There’s something about riding my Triumph Speedmaster that words can’t quite explain. The sound of the engine, the open road, the wind, and the freedom to just ride.
For a little while, the stress, the worries, and the noise of everyday life all fade away. No expectations, no pressure, no distractions. Just me, my bike, and the road ahead.
It’s not about the destination or how fast I get there. It’s about those moments when my mind finally goes quiet, and everything feels right.
Some people find peace in silence. I find mine on two wheels.

This one is still coming. Before I get too old to ride a Rocket 3 needs to be in my garage.
Throwback to the 2023 Distinguished Gentleman's Ride.
I joined riders across Johannesburg, all dressed in our best, to raise awareness for men's health.
Guys, we look after our bikes better than we look after ourselves. Book that check-up, get your prostate checked, and ask your mates how they're really doing.
Ride dapper, ride safe, and look after each other.
Always enjoy a trip to Clarens. The Triumph performed well.

Life is too short. Don’t always say I’ll get it later. Later often becomes never.
Even though my adventures can get a bit sketchy sometimes I always have a blast and I'm reminded that I'm lucky to be able to have these experiences.

The helmet is where I do my best thinking, and the open road is where I stop thinking altogether. Every ride keeps me focused, keeps me moving, and gives me back a calm that no doctor can prescribe. I come home tired in the body and lighter in the soul.
