The Swartberg Hotel sits on Church Street in Prince Albert, at the foot of the Swartberg Pass, so it's a natural stop before or after the climb. The hotel is a national monument with a dining room that dates back to 1864, a pool courtyard, garden cottages, and a single room for the rider travelling solo. After the pass, the Green Prince Gin Bar has local gins and a shaded terrace. Riders and motorcycle groups are always welcome.
