About this course
Never ridden before? Start here: balance, clutch and throttle control, riding posture and the basics of control. You need a motorcycle learner's licence, to be able to ride a bicycle, and your own helmet, jeans, over-the-ankle shoes, jacket and gloves. The Urban Rider Course was developed by the Motorcycle Safety Institute of South Africa (MSI).
