For adventure riders looking to build confidence off the tarmac, Triumph Motorcycles South Africa is hosting a hands-on Level One Off-Road Training session on Saturday, 7 June 2025, at Makiti Restaurant in Krugersdorp. This course is tailored for riders eager to explore gravel, dirt, and trail terrain with greater control and safety.
What to Expect
This one-day course runs from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and is priced at R1,650. It’s designed as an introductory-level session, making it ideal for riders who are new to off-road or dual-sport riding, or those who want to brush up on foundational skills.
The training will cover key techniques such as:
- Body positioning for off-road control
- Throttle and clutch modulation
- Low-speed balance and maneuvering
- Braking on loose surfaces
- Basic obstacle navigation
The course is led by experienced instructors who understand the challenges of transitioning from road to dirt. It’s a safe, structured environment to learn, ask questions, and gain confidence before heading into more technical terrain.
